MARCO DAL MASO is seeking a tempo parziale freelance Customer Experience & Clienteling Specialist to support customers throughout their journey with our brand. You will manage inquiries across email and website channels, advise on products and made-to-order options, and build relationships with returning customers.

You will coordinate with our Italy team and handle order status, sizing and aftercare with thoughtful, non-pushy outreach.
