Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThe Engineering Admin Coordinator supports the Engineering department in all administrative, organizational, and coordination activities, ensuring efficient operational processes, accurate management of technical documentation, and effective monitoring of maintenance activities, purchasing processes, compliance requirements, and technical authorization archives.
/p pThis role acts as a key point of coordination between Engineering and other departments, contributing to the smooth execution of daily operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liManage and maintain technical documentation, maintenance logs, permits, certifications, and departmental archives. /li liCoordinate administrative activities related to preventive and corrective maintenance interventions. /li liSupport the creation, organization, and ongoing management of technical and authorization archives. /li liMonitor purchase orders, material requests, supplier documentation, and external contractor agreements. /li liAssist in the preparation, tracking, and control of the Engineering department budget. /li liPrepare periodic reports related to operational costs, maintenance activities, and departmental performance. /li liOrganize departmental meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and monitor follow-up actions. /li liManage internal and external correspondence for the Engineering department. /li liSupport audit processes, certifications, and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. /li liCollaborate with Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and other departments to ensure effective information flow and operational alignment. /li liCoordinate calendars, administrative deadlines, and planning activities for the Engineering team.
/li liEnsure accurate filing and record retention in accordance with company standards and legal requirements. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. /li liMinimum 1 year of experience in administrative or coordination roles. /li liPrevious experience within technical departments, maintenance, hospitality, or facility management environments is considered a strong advantage. /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. /li liStrong document management and reporting capabilities. /li liFamiliarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and/or ERP systems. /li liUnderstanding of purchasing procedures and supplier management processes.Excellent organizational and planning abilities. /liliHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail. /liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /liliProactive approach to problem solving and teamwork. /liliFluent Italian required. /liliGood command of spoken and written English. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liAnnual Basic Gross Salary of 28.000,00€ with a comprehensive benefits package. /li liExcellent training and development opportunities. /li liEmployee discount for stays at Four Seasons properties worldwide. /li liComplimentary dry cleaning for employee uniforms. /li liComplimentary employee meals. /li /ul h3Schedule Location /h3 ul liFull-time position based at Hotel Danieli, Venice. /li liFlexibility to work weekends and holidays as required. /li liCandidates must possess the legal right to work in Italy. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
