h3Job Description Summary /h3pMUSC Community Physicians (MCP) is an entity within the Medical University of South Carolina that provides healthcare to patients within the rural health network throughout the state of South Carolina. /ph3Coordinate the business aspects of a department /h3pCoordinate the business aspects of a department to include but not limited to strategy, project management, budget planning and oversight and financial operations. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliThe first-level management oversees one or multiple sections of a department and is responsible for managing two or more professionals and support staff in their daily operations. Although they usually lack the power to hire, fire, or promote, their recommendations on these matters are valued. Their primary objective is to ensure the well-being of the employees they manage.
