Through these interactions, you will build strong and trustworthy relationships with members at your branch. /p pIf this sounds like a team and culture you want to join, we want to talk to you! /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liWelcome and assist members at our Verona branch, representing UW Credit Union. /li liStrive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales Service Philosophy. /li liKeep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services. /li liEnsure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line. /li liFollow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures. /li liInvestigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members. /li liBuild relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate. /li liLook for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
