We design intelligent, capable machines that work alongside people in real-world environments — developed in Genova, Italy. /p h3Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of complex, multidisciplinary programs that transform cutting-edge technologies into fully integrated humanoid robotic products.In this role, you will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across engineering and operations teams, ensuring strategic milestones are delivered with speed, quality, and predictability. You will play a critical role in aligning software, AI, hardware, manufacturing, and production activities, enabling the successful development and deployment of next-generation humanoid robotic systems. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the execution of strategic company-wide robotics programs, ensuring alignment with business and product objectives; /li liCoordinate cross-functional planning activities across AI, robot skills, navigation, embedded software, electronics, mechanics, manufacturing, and production teams; /li liDevelop and maintain program roadmaps, critical paths, dependency maps, and milestone tracking frameworks; /li liDrive system integration planning and execution from prototype development through production readiness; /li liManage release readiness across hardware, firmware, software, AI models, and manufacturing processes; /li liPrepare and facilitate executive program reviews, delivery forecasts, and status reporting; /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate technical, organizational, operational,
and supplier-related risks; /li liEnsure effective communication, alignment, and coordination among internal and external stakeholders; /li liEstablish program governance processes that improve execution transparency and delivery predictability; /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives to optimize collaboration, planning, and engineering efficiency; /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or equivalent professional experience; /li liProven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role delivering complex multidisciplinary products; /li liStrong understanding of software development, AI systems, embedded software, electronics, and hardware development processes; /li liDemonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and technical domains; /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority; /li liStrong systems-thinking mindset and ability to understand complex dependencies and integration challenges; /li liExperience working in Agile product development environments and cross-functional organizations; /li liStrong problem-solving, planning,
