Act as a key link between HQ and local teams, providing analysis, coordination and follow-up on WW priorities. /p h3Responsabilities /h3 h3WW Business Performance /h3 ul liPrepare weekly/monthly business reviews, reporting and performance recaps. /li liMonitor sales, stock and product performance, identifying key opportunities, risks and actions. /li liSupport business planning, strategic presentations and the development of reporting tools. /li /ul h3Product Collection Management /h3 ul liSupport product selection and management across collections, launches, VM, Marketing, E-commerce, Pop-Ups and Trunk Shows. /li liMonitor product performance and consolidate market feedback to identify opportunities for collection development. /li liSupport seasonal buying, collection debriefs and product documentation. /li liStock Allocation /li liSupport weekly replenishment and allocation decisions. /li liMonitor stock availability and identify imbalances across markets. /li liFollow up on stock transfers, new orders and specific business needs.
/li liLocal Markets E-commerce /li liAct as a day-to-day HQ contact for local markets on Bags merchandising topics. /li liAct as a point of reference for WW E-commerce teams, providing product information, collecting feedback and identifying commercial opportunities through weekly meetings. /li liConsolidate market feedback on product performance, client demand and commercial opportunities. /li /ul h3Cross-functional Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate with Supply Chain, VM and other HQ functions. /li liPrepare meetings, presentations and business reviews, ensuring alignment and follow-up on agreed actions. /li /ul h3Knowledge And Skills /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in economics /li liWork experience at least 2 years /li liSolid knowledge of Luxury and Product /li liVery Strong Knowledge of Office Suite /li liAbility to work in team /li liAbility to work by objectives; result-oriented /li liVery good communication and interpersonal skills /li liVery good knowledge of the English language (CEFR C1) /li liRAL:€35.000 /li /ul pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
