MEININGER Milano Lambrate is seeking a motivated Hotel Management Trainee for a 12–18 month program, offering a multifaceted view of hotel operations across Italy. The role provides fast-track exposure to supervisory tracks in Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, Back Office, and Management.

You will receive career coaching, development feedback, and assignments across MEININGER locations as you grow into a management role upon successful completion.
