So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pResponsible for defining, developing, and integrating vehicle and implement system functionalities, ensuring customer needs are translated into robust system requirements, architectures, and validated solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.br/The System Engineer serves as a technical bridge between Product Management, Software Development, Validation, Manufacturing, Service and Platform Engineering teams, to deliver high-quality system solutions for agricultural machinery. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCapture, analyze, and manage customer, operator, business, and regulatory requirements for vehicle and implement systems. /li liTranslate stakeholder needs into clear, verifiable, and traceable system requirements. /li liDefine and maintain requirements traceability from customer needs through functional requirements /li liSupport feature development related to tractor systems, implement integration, automation functions,



and precision agriculture technologies. /li liDefine system behaviors and failure management strategies. /li liPerform functional analysis and identify normal, degraded, fault, recovery, and corner-case operating scenarios. /li liSupport Change Review Boards (CRB) as system expert to performe RCA. /li liManage and maintain system requirements, change requests, and defect resolution activities using Polarion and associated lifecycle management tools. /li liSupport software and control strategy development through continuous collaboration with software teams. /liliDefine and maintain communication interfaces between ECUs, sensors, displays, telematics systems, and implements. /li liParticipate in technical reviews, design reviews, validation reviews, and release readiness assessments. /li liSupport root cause investigations of vehicle and system issues, identifying corrective and preventive actions. /li liCollaborate with validation teams to support a correct execution of testing phase. /li liSupport safety-related development activities in compliance with ISO 25119 and other applicable standards. /li liContribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices. /li /ul h3Experience Required /h3 ul liMaster/Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field. /li liMinimum 5 years of engineering experience in agricultural, off-highway, automotive, industrial vehicle, or related industries. /li liExperience in requirements engineering, system integration, or vehicle development activities. /li liExperience working in cross-functional engineering organizations. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liEffective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.



/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 pThe following qualifications are considered a plus: /p ul liExperience with Polarion, IBM DOORS, Jama, or equivalent requirements management tools. /li liKnowledge of Systems Engineering methodologies and V-Cycle development processes. /li liExperience with requirements traceability and verification planning. /li liTractor-Implement Management (TIM), ISOBUS, automation, and vehicle connectivity initiatives /li liFamiliarity with SysML and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). /li liKnowledge of ISO 25119 Functional Safety principles. /li liExperience with CAN, J1939, ISOBUS, TIM, Ethernet, and vehicle communication networks. /li liUnderstanding of precision farming systems, guidance, automation, and autonomous vehicle functions. /li liKnowledge of electrical and electronic architectures for mobile machinery. /li liINCOSE ASEP or CSEP certification is considered a plus. /li /ul h3Pay Transparency /h3 pThe annual salary for this role is EUR €39,000.00 - €52,000.00 plus any applicable premio (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)br/For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
