Schär is seeking a senior digital leader to define the global strategy for the brand's digital technology landscape across B2C channels. You will plan department goals, KPIs, and budgets, while aligning platforms, tools and processes for a cohesive ecosystem.

You will drive growth through data-driven initiatives, oversee a team of about 10, collaborate with local subsidiaries and global units, and enhance UX across websites, apps and marketing platforms, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
