ph3About The Jobbr/ /h3 pThe Logistics Planner plays a key role in organizing and optimizing the Hub's logistics flows. This position ensures the alignment between raw material order preparation and the transportation plan, while managing customer emergencies and optimizing the operational workload. /p h3Job responsibilitiesbr/ /h3 h3Planning and Launching Preparation Waves:br/ /h3 ul liEnsure adherence to the transportation plan and delivery deadlines. /li liOptimize the sequence of the operatoins waves to maximize operational efficiency. /li liCoordinate planning with other Hub stakeholders (Team Leader, Transport Coordinator). /li /ul h3Daily Workload and Capacity Management:br/ /h3 ul liAdjust resources based on volumes and priorities. /li liCollaborate closely with operational teams to optimize flows. /li liAnticipate peak periods and adapt processes accordingly. /li /ul h3Customer Emergency Management and Priority Adjustment:br/ /h3 ul liReact quickly to unforeseen requests by adjusting schedules. /li liMaintain fluid communication with operational teams and internal clients. /li liEnsure customer satisfaction by finding solutions adapted to Hub constraints.
/li /ul h3Ensuring a 100% Service Rate.br/ /h3 h3Profilebr/ /h3 ul liDegree in Economics/Engineering. /li liAt least three to four years of experience in production management within modernly structured companies, preferably in the logistic field. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP management software. /li liEssential deep knowledge of French, good knowledge of English. /li liStrong organizational skills, project management abilities, and aptitude for teamwork. /li liExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders. /li liAssertiveness and ability to enforce deadlines and required standards. /li liFlexibility and willingness to travel both in Italy and abroad. /li /ul h3Additional informationbr/ /h3 pFor this position employment is expected at Level 4S of the Pelli e Succedanei Industria CCNL. The gross annual salary will be defined based on internal salary standards, the candidate's skills, and the requirements of the role.
