ams OSRAM is seeking an senior validation engineer to lead the bring-up and verification of RF, HF, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed digital ICs. You will design validation plans and characterize performance across PVT while driving root-cause analysis to resolve silicon issues.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer evaluations, qualification activities, and technical presentations, while mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
