pAviomar Flight Academy is a leading aviation training organisation operating in Italy and across Europe.We provide professional pilot training, aircraft maintenance, aerial work and aircraft sales services, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance.Our Approved Training Organisation is certified by EASA and ENAC under approval IT.ATO.0003 and operates a training fleet of more than 26 aircraft and 6 flight simulation training devices, including Level D Full Flight Simulators.Our continued success is built on the professionalism of our instructors, technical personnel and support teams, together with a modern and extensive training infrastructure. /p h3About the Role /h3 pAviomar Flight Academy is seeking Simulator Flight Instructors – Learjet 45/75 for a full or tempo parziale, on-site positions.The successful candidate will deliver ground instruction, technical briefings, initial and recurrent training sessions and post-session debriefings using a Learjet 45 Level D Full Flight Simulator.Training will be provided to pilots with different levels of operational experience, from applicants completing their initial type rating to experienced flight crew attending recurrent or refresher training.The instructor will also support the Chief Instructor with standardisation activities, course development and the continuous improvement of training standards.Aviomar Flight Academy will sponsor the successful candidate’s Learjet 45/75 type-rating revalidation or renewal, where required,



as well as the applicable SFI/TRI training course.Subject to operational requirements and individual eligibility, the position may also offer the opportunity to progress towards examiner privileges. /p pThe role requires availability to work on weekends according to the published training schedule. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver Learjet 45/75 ground instruction and technical briefings. /li liConduct initial, recurrent, refresher and supplementary simulator training. /li liProvide structured and constructive post-session debriefings. /li liTrain pilots with varying levels of experience and operational backgrounds. /li liAssess trainee performance in accordance with approved training programmes and regulatory requirements (CBTA). /li liComplete the required training records and documentation accurately and promptly. /li liSupport the Chief Instructor with instructor standardisation and training-quality activities. /li liContribute to the development and continuous improvement of course materials and training procedures. /li liMaintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism and regulatory compliance. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 pApplicants must: /p ul liHold, or have previously held,
