With a strong regional presence and teams embedded in local markets, ANH-Solutions works closely with customers to deliver practical, science-based solutions that create real impact on farms and across production systems. /p pIn this context, you will lead end-to-end HR Technology as a strategic capability by owning SAP SuccessFactors and related HR applications, governing payroll providers and service partners, driving automation and digital employee experience initiatives, ensuring HR data integrity and regulatory compliance, and delivering integrated, high-quality HR services with continuous improvement across all HR process domains. /p pYou will also define and execute a value-driven digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enabling scalable, customer-centric innovation across the value chain. /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 ulliLead and continuously improve the end-to-end HR Technology landscape, ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing services across SAP SuccessFactors and the broader HR application ecosystem. /liliOwn SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, Workforce Analytics, SAP BTP, integrations, identity services, and payroll interfaces. /liliDrive HR digitalization and transformation by simplifying, standardizing, automating, and enhancing processes and user experiences across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, leveraging AI, workflow automation,



and self-service capabilities. /liliGovern HR master data, integrations, security, compliance, reporting, and analytics, ensuring data quality, privacy, regulatory adherence, and reliable workforce insights to support business decisions. /liliManage global payroll providers, technology vendors, implementation partners, and managed services, ensuring service excellence, contractual compliance, innovation, and value realization. /liliChampion Agile, DevSecOps, and product-centric ways of working by driving application lifecycle management, CI/CD, observability, automation, testing, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable and efficient HR services. /li /ul h3We Offer /h3 ulliA promising future as we are the number one provider of advanced feed additives, and premixes, supercharged by AI-driven precision services /liliAn eagerness to go above and beyond customer needs, driven by a vital purpose: making animal farming more sustainable /liliA collaborative culture where your ideas and voice matter. /liliA flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome /liliRecognition and celebration of your efforts and accomplishments /liliOpportunities for growth and advancement for those who embrace innovation and take initiative. /li /ul h3You Bring /h3 ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Information Systems, Business Information Management, Engineering, or a related field. /lili8+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise HR Technology platforms, with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, cloud-based HCM solutions, and Agile, Product-Centric, and DevSecOps delivery models. /liliStrong knowledge of global HR processes and technologies, including Hire-to-Retire, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SAP ECC HR, and SAP S/4HANA.



/liliProven experience managing HR integrations, payroll providers, identity services, APIs, middleware, data governance, security, compliance, and multi-country regulatory requirements. /liliExperience driving application roadmaps, digital transformation, workflow automation, AI-enabled HR solutions, CI/CD, observability, and continuous platform optimization. /liliStrong leadership, stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and deliver results in global, multicultural, and multi-vendor environments /liliFluent English required; additional languages are considered an asset. /li /ul h3Agency statement /h3 pWe're managing this search directly at dsm-firmenich.
