La sua flotta di turbogas è già oggi pronta a bruciare idrogeno tra il 40 e il 70%, con l’obiettivo di raggiungere il 100% entro il 2030. /p pPosizione: /p pWe are looking for a Senior Supply Planner to join the Supply Chain Operations Team and contribute to the integrated planning of production and materials within the company SOP process. /p pThe role will work closely with Commercial, Technical and Production teams to translate market demand into realistic plans, balancing business priorities, material availability and production capacity. /p pThe onboarding path includes structured mentoring, training on SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis Maestro, and progressive exposure to operational decisions based on data, industrial constraints and planning scenarios. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 h3Production planning /h3 ul liContribute to the definition of the finite-capacity production plan, ensuring alignment between demand, commercial priorities and plant capacity /li liCollect, verify and integrate data from ERP and other company sources, ensuring quality and reliability to support planning activities /li liProvide timing guidance to Supply Chain and Factory teams for procurement, material progress and production activities /li liPrepare reports and KPIs to monitor plan accuracy,



capacity utilization and key operational trends /li liDevelop knowledge of products, production cycles and industrial constraints to support robust and informed planning /li /ul h3Cross-functional collaboration and support /h3 ul liWork with Sales, Demand Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management and Factory Scheduling to ensure alignment between demand, materials and production capacity /li liDevelop planning scenarios to assess production feasibility, impact on priorities and support for commercial offers /li /ul h3ERP and digital tools /h3 ul liUse SAP S/4HANA to extract and analyze data on materials, orders and requirements to support planning decisions /li liManage complex datasets using Excel and analytical tools, turning data into clear and actionable operational insights /li liWork with APS systems and planning tools, including Kinaxis Maestro, to build reliable plans and alternative scenarios /li /ul h3Process improvement and optimization /h3 ul liIdentify improvement opportunities in planning processes, material management and data integration /li liTake part in optimization initiatives based on data analysis, process standardization and improved decision-making /li /ul h3Inventory control and emergency stock management /h3 ul liMonitor inventory levels to prevent availability issues and support operational continuity /li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 ul liA professional with a least 7 years of experience in supply planning, production or supply chain,



motivated to grow in a complex manufacturing environment focused on integrated planning /li liAnalytical, structured and problem-solving oriented, with an interest in data, industrial processes and production scenarios /li liCurious and adaptable, willing to learn and use ERP, APS and digital planning solutions /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with different functions and clear presentation of analyses /li liAccurate, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment /li liDegree in Industrial, Mechanical or Management Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management /li liExperience in supply planning, production planning, material planning or similar roles within industrial environments /li liGood command of Excel and data analysis tools /li liKnowledge of ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA is considered a plus /li liFamiliarity with APS systems or planning tools; Kinaxis Maestro is considered a plus /li liExcellent knowledge of Italian and English /li /ul h3Altre informazioni /h3 ul liFor this position, the initial annual gross salary will be not less than €52.000 /li liPermanent contract /li liCCNL industria metalmeccanica privata e installazione di impianti /li liPremio di risultato and conditions in compliance with the second-level collective agreements. /li liCanteen, occupational pension scheme, health insurance, welfare plan /li liFlexible working hours /li /ul pWork location: Genoa.
