h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liSupport the CMO during meetings and business discussions, including preparing minutes, tracking actions, and following up on outcomes /li liDraft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CMO in English, German, and Italian /li liAct as a key liaison between the CMO and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization /li liPrepare and develop presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal meetings, customer engagements, and public events /li liConduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making and strategic discussions /li liCoordinate and prepare meetings, workshops, and executive appointments, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are available /li liTake ownership of selected projects and special assignments, working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders /li liMonitor progress on strategic initiatives and key projects, ensuring timely execution and escalation where required /li /ul h3YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering or a related field /li liPrevious years of professional experience in executive support, project coordination, consulting or a comparable role /li liGood understanding of business processes, management systems,
