Commscope in Sardinia, Italy, seeks an Engineer I, Controls to maintain and optimize manufacturing equipment, lead automation initiatives, and support continuous improvement.

You will drive Capex automation from concept to commissioning, coordinate with system integrators, ensure IT/OT alignment, and improve equipment reliability and process control across the line. Experience in PLC programming (AB, Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi) and VFD/servo tuning is required.
